Is it safe to buy medications online?
Yes! All the medications we offer are the real brand-name and generic medications you would find at your local pharmacy. Our entire inventory is made up of medications manufactured and provided by the world's top pharmaceutical companies and wholesalers.
Is this store an actual pharmacy?
We are a pharmacy intermediary that connects between customers and our network of licensed pharmacies and board-certified physicians, and we serve as a secure online platform for transactions of medications and health products.
What shipping options are available?
We offer FREE global shipping on the majority of orders (99% of store items are shipped for free), using Registered Airmail. Your signature will be required upon delivery. Visit our Shipping page for more information.
What are your operating hours?
Our sales assistants are available Sunday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM, American Eastern Standard Time. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Orders placed on Fridays after 4 PM will be processed the following Monday.
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card here?
Absolutely. Our online store uses the most advanced online payment security systems. Every possible precaution is taken to make sure your transaction and personal information are fully secured. We guarantee it!
How can you offer such low prices?
We offer competitive prices because we don't have to pay for branding, marketing, sales or overhead. Plus, we purchase genuine brand-name and generic medications at low costs from a variety of pharmaceutical manufacturers all over the world where production costs are much less than in the US. This way we are able to pass on the savings to you without compromising on quality.
What is a generic medication and is it less effective than the brand-name one?
Generic drugs are medications produced by pharmaceutical companies based on
branded drugs, after their patent expires. Generic drugs are identical to
branded drugs and include the exact same chemical compounds as those found
in the original, brand-name drug. This is done under strict regulations of
the Federal Drugs Administration (FDA).
Generic drugs are just as safe as branded drugs, have the same formula and provide the exact same effect. The major difference between the two is the price; generics usually cost much less than their brand-name counterparts.
Is it possible to return items and receive a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to receive medication returns. This is a strict federal law which we must comply with. The only case where we do offer refunds is when customers do not receive their orders, or have received a damaged product. If such an event occurs, customers may choose either a refund or a reshipment of their order (free of charge).
Do you let just anyone buy medications online?
Absolutely not. We use a strict online diagnostic assessment before each order is processed and delivered; customers seeking to buy medications must fill out a medical history questionnaire before the checkout. The provided medical information is then sent to a licensed network physician who carefully reviews it and decides whether to approve or reject the order. Only after the doctor has deemed the order valid do we process and ship it.
Do you provide relevant medicine information (e.g. uses, administration, side effects, etc.)?
Although we do provide relevant medical information on each medication at our store (product page), you should know that medication effectiveness may vary
from one individual to another. The information on this site is for informational
purposes only, and may not include all possible precautions, side effects, uses
and effects of each listed medication. Therefore, the information on this site
is not intended to serve as a substitute for medical information and/or advice
and/or diagnosis provided by your physician or medical professional.
You should always carefully read all product packaging and labels and speak to your doctor before taking any medication, whether prescribed or non-prescribed. Dietary supplements are products which have not yet been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration, and therefore do not constitute a definite agent of diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease, illness or condition.
What happens when I submit my order?
Once you click Submit, your order is dispatched through our order system to a licensed physician who reviews the medical information you provided, and either approves or rejects your request. When your order is approved, the physician will then write your prescription and our ordering system will ensure that it is sent to the pharmacy, filled and shipped.
I can't seem to find a certain medication on your site. How do I get it?
If you cannot find the medications you want, please let us know by filling out the form on our Contact page and we will gladly assist you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipment time varies among orders as it depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Why do the generic pills that I received look different?
Although branded drugs and generic drugs share the same active ingredients and have the same function, they have a different appearance. Branded drugs also have different appearances, depending on where they were manufactured and by which company.
